Orders that are delivered damaged may be fully refunded, however, you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org and send pictures of the damage along with your order # and details. Sometimes this happens during freight/transportation and is not always FlyBuy Goods' fault. However, if the item you receive is damaged, we will make sure you are refunded and satisfied.

Our shipping times vary for each product. However, you can expect an item to deliver within 3-12 businesses days of your order. Sometimes it takes an additional 1-3 days to process your item during high-volume periods such as holidays and unexpected global events.
